OverdriveRadio's
creator Mike Christopher is going back to his roots this
weekend. He will appear on 91.5 WMHW/FM in Mount Pleasant,
Michigan during the Central Michigan's Homecoming Alumni
Takeover Weekend.
That's were it all began for this humble
Internet station back in 1997. The show will feature some of
your favorite Local Rock Bands both present and past like
Arizing, Bear Vs. Shark, Pop Evil and Every Avenue. If you
are in the Mid-Michigan area than take a listen this Saturday
night from 8-10pm.

The Detroit Red Wings
raised their 11th Stanley Cup banner on Thursday Night on
Versus!?! That's right Versus. For those of you not
fortunate enough to get Versus I apologize, but don't worry the
Wings lost, Def Leppard opened the celebration, and it became
official that the Wings won't repeat.
Don't worry...it's not that
the Red Wings aren't good. The Leafs got lucky, but everyone all day on talk radio
stations all over Detroit raved about this teams chances. I remember that same
conversation about 9 months ago...for the Detroit Tigers. Thanks guys.
HEROES UPDATE

Well...I don't know about
you, but I am not sure if I like the way the new season of this
show has started. The "Villians" theme is
interesting, but so far I am not liking the premise.
Hopefully, It will get better. The show is well
written. I just don't get the changing of the
characters...so many have changed from bad to good and
vice-a-versa. YES, I know that was the point of this
season...I just don't know if I like it yet!
TAPROOT

For all the Taproot fans
out there, get yourself to ITunes. There are a couple of
new songs available for purchase...two currently from the new
album hitting stores later this year. The sound is good,
not anything mind blowing, but satisfy at the least for any
Taproot fans.
